Augusta Westland is an Italian helicopter manufacturer. The following documentary encompasses all of the outcomes in the operations management section of the study design. Many of the companies that purchase these helicopters manufactured to their specifications from Augusta Westland are offering a service. It is important to distinguish early on what is a manufacturing business and what is a service business. Augusta Westland helps us to understand that.

In Australia, many rescue helicopters are manufactured in Italy and are specifically made for our often extreme conditions. The service the helicopters provide is a credit to the quality and engineering of the Italian manufacturer.
